The room is completely furnished. There is a suede couch folds into a full size bed and storage underneath. There is also a loveseat, lights, and end tables.If you have stuff you want to bring, cool, if not, use ours. $700 which includes your rent, plus household necessities such as toilet paper, garbage bags, etc which we will buy and you are welcome to use. We don’t expect you to clean anything but your room and your dishes.
