Large room for rent on the top floor of a high rise building with a 24 hour doorman (we're on the top floor). The room is about 12.8' x 10.5', with a closet built into the wall (8 feet across, doesn't take away from the space in the room). The apartment has a dishwasher, the building has a gym, laundry on site, and a dry cleaner that will pick up and deliver. There's also a furnished roof deck with an amazing view of Manhattan.
