YOUR NY, MY 2 rooms' flat in PARIS (5th quarter). Hi, I live in a lovely 320 ft² parisian flat (5th quarter, very central, walking distance to latin quarter, the Pantheon...). It has one bedroom, a nice bathroom, a small kitchen fully equiped, and a living room. Since I bought it last year, I entirelly renovated it. It is perfect for a single person or a couple. The flat & the quarter are charming ! I am looking a swap with a newyorker, 2 weeks in april/may 2009. The exchange hasn't to be simultaneous if you needed to come earlier. My son and his future bride would like to have their honeymoon in New York )Manhattan)from 2-9th December. (www.bordeaux.fr) Bordeaux Vineyard are very easy to go, the sea front is at about 20 mins and Spain is at 2 hrs by car. Paris at 3hr by Train. 4 to 6 people can stay in this flat during Christmas.
